Harlem Roots was founded in my Harlem kitchen in the neighborhood my parents were raised in. As a Black historical hub, Harlem holds generational knowledge of resilience, community and creation. Harlem Roots is an ode to my inheritance and a call to reclaim ancestral healing modalities through accessible and flavorful plant medicine.
