Transforming Pain to Power to Fuel Your Purpose

Each of us will experience pain in our lives.  Illness, heartbreak, divorce, grief ….  In this workshop participants will learn how to harness painful experiences to fuel transformative life changes utilizing the support of plant medicine.

The discussion will be led by Sacred Vibes Graduate Dee Dee Murray who is a breast cancer survivor and thriver.  Dee Dee will utilize her personal transformative experiences to guide and inspire participants who desire to leverage painful moments to define their purpose.  The goal of this workshop is to teach participants to utilize  life’s difficulties (illness, heartbreak, grief) to not only heal the body, but transform the mind to propel them into their purpose.  

Participants will utilize writing prompts, affirmations, breathing exercises, mindful movement & thinking, and herbal formulary to transform their pain to harness the power of their life’s purpose.

Dee DEE MURRAY

Dee Dee is the owner and herbal curator of Sunchild Botanica,  a small batch dispensery of natural herbal remedies made with Divine Love by way of Natural Nature.

Dee Dee began sourcing her own herbs to create magic potions in 2003.  Seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the power of plant medicine, Dee Dee embarked upon her journey into Spiritual Herbalism in 2021.  Under the leadership of Master Herbalist, Empress Karen Rose, Dee Dee earned her certification in Spiritual Herbalism in June of 2023 through the Sacred Vibes Apprenticeship program. 

Sunchild Botanica was established to share her passion for plants and her Grandmothers ancestral wisdom.  As a medicine maker, Dee Dee’s goal is cultivate Sunchild Botanica to serve its community through offerings of herbal consultations, custom herbal remedies, educational workshops and selected handcrafted products available through its digital storefront.
