Maintaining Joy Through Transitions with Suhaly Bautista-Carolina, Tiffany Monsalve and Conya Gilmore

The changing seasons of our earth as well as the many transitions in our lives can uproot us and leave us breathless, burnt out, and fearful. In this workshop, facilitators Conya Gilmore, Suhaly Bautista-Carolina, and Tiffany Monsalve will guide participants in how to maintain joy in the face of transition while working in communion with the power, wisdom, and medicine of our plant allies. This workshop will focus on listening and walking with plants to build, fortify and release our overflow in challenging times and will center plants including: Rose, Hawthorne, Oatstraw, Passionflower, and Lemon Balm. Participants will create medicinal elixirs and syrups to alleviate seasonal depression, anxiety, stress, and more and learn to face transitions with joy and sweetness.
