Spiritual doubles often assist you with the remembrance of one's true calling, the seed of one's pure joy, that childlike spirit that some may have forgotten to cultivate, nurture, water and grow.

Materials List:

Honey Intention Jar

1. Mason jar of any size (big enough to add Cinnamon stick into jar)

2. 1 jar or bottle Pure Honey

3. Brown Sugar

4. 1 piece of brown paperbag

5. A pencil

6. 5 Anise, fresh ginger (grated or cut in 5 pieces) 6 Cinnamon Sticks, Calendula, Lavender

Dream Catcher: Awareness Activation Spray

1. A spray bottle of any size..however a (1 oz.) Size will be demonstrated during workshop

2. Lavender Water

3. Cinnamon oil

4. Lemon oil

5. Rosemary oil

6. Tea tree oil
