Healing Secondary Trauma & Activating Courageous Dreaming

*An Herbal Healing Session for People in the Healing Professions*

In the face of Covid-19 and all the systemic violence and inequity mainly impacting Black and Brown communities, this herbal healing session will offer a space to examine the effects of secondary trauma that you may be carrying as result if being in service to communities who have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.

Are you a healer, health care worker, educator, community organizer/activist, mental health provider, or play a role in where you’re holding the well-being and safety of BIPOC communities? Then, this is for you! This session will provide a moment for you to breath, ground, release and be in harmony with the healing power of plants.

You will learn about plants that can support you through secondary trauma, collective grief, fear, anxiety, and stress. We will hold and support one another to clear the blockages that trauma creates, and ignite our collective ability and power to boldly and courageously dream the world we want to give birth to.
