Nourishing And Manifesting Our Dreams Black Womxnness is...Beautiful Brilliant Innovative Resilient Creative Artistic Spiritual and Liberation Grounding ourselves in the wisdom that has been passed down to us from our elders and that which we create for ourselves and our communities, is our passport to liberation and to nourishing and manifesting our dreams.

In this workshop we will draw on our collective wisdom to center the practices, thoughts and rituals that can keep us grounded as we make space for our healing and liberation to take place within us and manifest outwardly in our ways of being. A central question for this workshop is,What does liberation mean to you as a Black Womxn?

Orinthia Swindell is a Black Spiritual Herbalist, Healer and Educator from Brooklyn, New York. Part of her life's purpose is to create space for Black Womxn and Girls throughout the Diaspora to promote individual and collective healing and liberation...using the tools of the Ancestors as our guide. Orinthia is the creative dreamer and founder of Edna's Wisdom LLC, an up and coming healing space which pays homage to her mother Ms. Edna. A lover of nature, water, herbs and their healing properties, she seeks continued guidance from Spirit. Orinthia enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her amazing sons.

Materials Needed:

Rosemary and Ashwanganda
I'll be providing participants with information about these herbs and the benefits of them for creativity.
Rosemary Tincture.
Materials: small mason jars, dried rosemary, brandy/vodka/glycerin, tape/label, marker/pen.I'll be using brandy.
Small notepad, pen/pencil for writing notes.
