Love Letter Magick: Authentic Written Expression as a Practice for Love and Creativity

In this workshop, we will discuss writing love letters for both ourselves and another person - a relative, parent, partner, friend, ancestor, etc. We will explore love through language and all the ways we bring in and block love. This workshop will help delve into grief, accountability, and the power of reflection. Each participant will have a chance to write two letters - one to themself and one to another person.

We will also discuss plants that can help our hearts and voices as we strive for authentic loving relationships and boundaries.
