Sacral Flow: An Exploration of the Divine Feminine and The Divine Masculine through Yoga and Dance

In this workshop participants will integrate yogic poses, as well as dances from the African Diaspora, with Music from the African Diaspora (including AfroBeats, Dancehall, Soca, Merengue, Kompa and R&B) participants will work to cultivate their creativity through movement and sound. All Body Sizes are welcomed.

Empress Ngala (Ngala, the Shangaan word for “place of the lion”) has been exploring the art of self love and ritual for a number of years. She is a social worker by profession, a certified yoga instructor, a reiki level II practitioner and is a student of spiritual herbalism. She walks closely with those who came before her and works with others to cultivate their inner ability to heal and manifest what they truly desire for their lives.

Materials Needed:

Yoga/exercise mat, a bottle of water, blankets, a cushion, journal and writing tools
