May Your Boundaries Set You Free: Herbs for Boundary Setting
Boundaries are maybe not the first thing we think of when we think of forging our creative fire, however it can be a lack of boundaries that leaves us drained and unable to access that piece of ourselves. Through this workshop we will explore working with our bodies to honor our intuition, clear pathways to identify our needs and to hear the requests we are making of ourselves. Honoring what does and does not feel ok is not something we are encouraged to do in a capitalist patriarchal and racist society.
Because of that, sometimes it’s hard to even identify what we need to begin with! This is where our plant friends come in to bring assistance. Working with plants to nourish our heart, encourage our voice and shore up our willingness to be brave can provide us with what we need to start or continue laying out boundaries in our lives and pursue our dreams.
